The Belly Bloom is a single, pre-cut piece of kinesiology tape uniquely shaped to mimic the function of multiple traditional KT tape strips. It’s designed with advice from an OBGYN to target and support areas commonly strained during pregnancy—like your lower back, hips, belly, and ligaments—with one easy application. Each pack contains 5 Belly Blooms, with numbered guidelines for application.

We recommend wearing each Belly Bloom for up to 9 hours for the most comfortable experience. While it can be worn longer, prolonged wear may cause irritation, especially if your skin is sensitive due to pregnancy.
Belly Blooms are single-use to ensure a secure, hygienic fit. Once it’s been applied and removed, the adhesive won’t stick as well — so we recommend using a fresh one each time.
To remove Winnie tape gently, we recommend using a nourishing oil (like coconut or jojoba oil). Apply it around the edges and slowly peel the tape off to protect your skin and reduce irritation.
Yes! Winnie is sweat- and water-resistant, so it holds up well during daily activities and light workouts. Just note: once the tape is lifted, it will not re-stick.
While Winnie is designed with sensitive skin in mind, some pregnant women may develop heightened sensitivity during pregnancy. If you’ve had issues with bandages, adhesives, or medical tapes, you may react to Winnie as well. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
